Citizens Women's Connection - Hartford City

At the upcoming Citizens Women’s Connection (CWC) event, we’re proud to feature Melanie Parker, a dedicated volunteer with the Blackford County Salvation Army since 2013. Melanie coordinates kettle distribution and oversees the collection of funds throughout the county. She also collaborates with local volunteers to schedule bell ringers, ensuring the success of their on-site efforts. With the support of 22 businesses hosting countertop kettles and one key location with bell-ringing volunteers, the funds raised directly benefit Blackford County residents, providing essential assistance throughout the year.
