Loan Payment Portal Upgrade FAQ
We’re upgrading our loan payment portal on February 19 to make managing your loan easier, faster, and more flexible. If you’re currently enrolled in autopay, you will be un-enrolled on February 19 and will either need to re-enroll in autopay or make manual payments.
This upgrade will not affect your loan, loan terms, balance, or payment history. It’s simply a better way to make payments.
On February 19, our new loan payment portal will go live and the current portal will be retired. The new portal offers a more modern experience and additional payment options.
On February 19, customers enrolled in autopay will be unenrolled, and will need to re-enroll within the new portal.
We'll send an email with a link to the new portal on February 19, but you will also be able to access it from the mycsbin.com home page as usual at that time.
This change does not affect your loan itself (terms, balance, etc.) in any way — only autopayments. Once the old portal is retired, customers enrolled in autopay will have to go to the new portal and re-enroll themselves in it.
If you’re currently enrolled in autopay, you’ll be automatically unenrolled when the new portal goes live on February 19. This is expected and part of the upgrade.
To continue autopay, you’ll simply need to re-enroll in the new portal. It only takes a minute or two.
For security reasons, autopay settings cannot be transferred from the old system to the new one. Re-enrolling helps ensure your payment information stays safe and accurate.
You can re-enroll starting February 19, once the new portal is live.
You’ll receive an email from Citizens State Bank that day with a direct link to the new portal.
You'll also be able to go to the Pay My Loan link on the mycsbin.com homepage like usual, and access it that way.
If autopay is not re-enrolled, your payments will not process automatically. You will need to pay manually.
If you wish to continue autopay, we recommend re-enrolling on February 19, or as soon as you can once the new payment portal is live.
No action is required at this time.
Action will be required starting February 19, but only if you wish to continue using autopay.
