Leadership Starts With You
About this event
Great leadership isn't just about managing teams or making decisions. It's about how we communicate, build relationships, navigate challenges, and inspire those around us.
Join Citizens State Bank's Ondrea McAulay for a conversation about leadership and the qualities that help us grow personally and professionally.
Whether you're leading a team, running a business, or looking to develop your own leadership skills, this session offers an opportunity to reflect on what it means to be an effective leader and how we can continue growing in our roles.
