The Mental Fitness Challenge: Building Resilience from Within

About this event
We go to the gym for our bodies. We read or listen to books and podcasts for our minds. But when did you last train your brain to handle stress, self-doubt, and pressure — without losing yourself in the process?
Most of us push through, power on, and wonder why we still feel stuck, exhausted, or unfulfilled.
Join Valerie Jones for The Mental Fitness Challenge, a session focused on identifying the mental patterns that undermine well-being, performance, and relationships — and learning how to shift toward greater clarity, resilience, and impact.
Before the event, participants will complete a complimentary five-minute Mental Fitness Assessment so they can arrive with personalized insights to bring into the session. A link to the assessment will be provided a few days in advance.
