Meet Michele Dieckmeye! Michele's passion for empowering women through fashion led her to launch Fringe & Form as a personal styling business. Michele studied color analysis and personal styling with the International Style Coaching Institute, then expanded her work by opening a storefront in Carmel City Center. At Fringe & Form, she helps women build ageless, versatile wardrobes with carefully curated pieces from around the world, designed to fit real women and make them feel confident. With a background in nursing and experience in the health and life sciences technology space, Michele understands the deep connection between confidence and well-being. She believes that what you wear can have a powerful impact on how you feel. Michele believes every woman deserves to feel good about how they look every day. Each of us was created as a unique masterpiece and should dress like the masterpieces we are! Michele’s goal is to simplify your wardrobe, elevate your style, and help you feel unstoppable every day.
